The surrounding neighborhood has access to a private beach area which is walkable from the house.  You will receive access codes for the gates to access the beach area.  There is no parking near the access. If you wish to drive the golf cart, you may drop off people at the gate and find parking for the cart.

Otherwise, there is public beach access with parking for your vehicles and golf carts when you turn right at the beach.
